This notice covers the early-access waitlist and the visitor logs of radicle.tools.

The waitlist

When a user joins the waitlist, we keep the email address and the name given, if any, to write to the user about early access to Grove and Taiga. An email provider passes each signup on to our inbox. We keep the entry until 12 months after Grove and Taiga launch, or until the user asks us to delete it; backup copies go as newer backups replace them. While the list moves to a new server, earlier sign-ups are also held by our previous host.

Visitor logs

The server logs visits, including IP addresses, and keeps the logs for up to five years to keep the site secure and to count visitors.

Seeing or deleting data

To see, correct or delete what we hold, or to stop hearing from us, email privacy@radicle.tools.

In the browser

The site keeps a single theme preference in the browser's localStorage; it never leaves the device.
